Large vintage cast-aluminum architectural landscape Sphere. Sphere is constructed of two 7/16" thick, cast-aluminum hemispheres that have been welded together and ground smooth. Spheres are designed to mount to 10" dia. posts to secure them to the ground and include a secondary hole for a set-pin. Available in both matte and polished, raw-aluminum finishes. The semi-rough sand-cast surface gives the sphere a wonderful industrial aged patina that lends itself well to the overall sculptural quality. Use as garden art, driveway barrier, or flanking your front steps. This could also make a spectacular address marker with your numbers etched directly into the side!
