Mid-Century Modern Dining Table & Sideboard Set by Harold Schwartz for Romweber
This stunningly beautiful dining room suit was designed by Harold Schwartz for Romweber in the early 1950s. Set features a table with quarter-sawn oak parquetry top, pull out felt-lined cutlery drawers, and elegant, flaired oak base. Set also includes an impressive 7 ft oak credenza with wonderful, walnut butterfly inlay and unique stowage compartments for each of the tables expansion leaves. Finishing of the suite is a set of 10 oak high-back dining chairs with cane backs and white, textured-cloth seats. Together these pieces make a truly impressive and wonderfully dynamic dining room that has all of the modern charm but would not look out of place in an earlier era setting. Craftsman-quality build quality with a midcentury aesthetic!
